Contract Signing for Exclusive Marketing of San Fermin Place

We believe that Land Asia Realty and Development Corp. is the only realty firm who can promote San Fermin Place, this according to Ms. Peri Villarta Managing Director of F3 Holdings Corp. the company that developed San Fermin Place.

The contract signing on the 12 month exclusive marketing contract was done last November 21 at F3 Holdings Bldg. in Old Highway Mactan, Lapu-lapu City with Land Asia’s President and Chief Executive Officer Realtor Marissa S. Inting together with F3’s Managing Director Peri Villarta. Witnessed by Joey Sison VP Marketing & Communications, Randy Inoc LAGPN RPC and San Fermin’s Project Marketing Manager.

San Fermin Place is a highly exclusive subdivision a unique access to the high end beach resort in Mactan, one unique selling point for the project is the large cutting of lots and the spacious townhomes that will be fully launched next year.

Remarkably after the contract signing Land Asia was able to close one lot amounting to 7M and it was sort of a BUENA MANO for us. It shows that we are on our way to making great in San Fermin. Several marketing activities are lined up in the next months to come with the grand launching to site gatherings and exhibits.
