Land Asia is exclusive marketing arm of Agrias Golf

Trans-Pacific Properties Inc. a Cebu-based developer, has designated Land Asia Realty and Development Corporation as the exclusive marketing arm in the Philippines, Asia-Pacific Region, Australia, Canada, Europe and U.S. for its Boracay condotel resort project called Agrias Golf and SPA Resort specifically located at Fairways and Bluewater Resort Gold and Country Club in Boracay.
A reservation fee of P50,000 is required for anyone in Cebu City. From right to left, David Frank Jacka, chair, Trans-Pacific UK Board Director, Realtor Marissa S. Inting, CEO, Land Asia Global Properties Network (LAGPN), Lito Cubillas, chair, Trans-Pacific Properties, Corp., Inc. and Manny Arengo who together with other Global Investment Directors and members of the management team of LAGPN witness the signing.
